Release of a new rice variety "Barkhe 3004" for the terai and
inner terai region of Nepal.
This high-yielding rice variety is the result of a collaborative client-oriented breeding (COB) programme between LI-BIRD and CAZS-Natural Resources in partnership with the National Rice Research Programme of Nepal.
